Reserve THE CONA Hanok

Reservation Agreement Notice

THE CONA Hanok accepts reservations through Airbnb. 
By clicking the button above, you will be redirected to the Airbnb reservation page.

Guests exceeding the reserved number of people will be asked to leave immediately.

Only the person who made the reservation will be given check-in information. Guidance will be provided to the phone number used for the reservation.

If multiple reservations are requested for the same date, the reservation will be confirmed in the order of payment.

Check-in and check-out are only allowed during designated times.

Refund Policy Notice

Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule

Up to 10 days before the stay

100% refund of the total payment

Up to 9 days before the stay90% refund of the total payment
Up to 8 days before the stay80% refund of the total payment
Up to 7 days before the stay70% refund of the total payment
Up to 6 days before the stay60% refund of the total payment
Up to 5 days before the stay50% refund of the total payment
Up to 4 days before the stay40% refund of the total payment
Up to 3 days before the stayNo changes or refunds allowed

Even if the reservation is canceled on the same day of payment, the same refund policy applies once the date is confirmed.

For multi-night stays, the refund policy is based on the check-in date.

Schedule Change Notice

No schedule changes are allowed within 3 days of the check-in date.

Reservations made using coupons or accommodation vouchers cannot be changed.

Schedule changes are subject to the following conditions:
1) Only one change is allowed. If the reservation is canceled after the change, the refund will be based on the original reservation date.
2) If there is a price difference, please make a new reservation for the desired date, and then we will cancel the original one accordingly.
