Thank you for choosing THE CONA Hanok.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in

After 3:00 PM

Check-out

By 11:00 AM

Please observe these times to support smooth operations.

No Smoking & Fire Safety

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in guest rooms.

The use of candles, incense, mosquito coils, or other open flames is not allowed.

Please exercise caution when using the kitchen.

Noise Policy

Hanok architecture easily carries sound. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Outdoor lights will automatically turn off at 11:00 PM.

Maintain moderate volume for music, TV, and conversation.

Be mindful of neighboring residents and other guests.

Security & Theft Prevention

Be sure to lock doors and windows when leaving the premises.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables—please manage your belongings carefully.

Doors do not lock automatically, so please check security upon exit.

Use of Facilities & Damage Policy

Please treat all furnishings and structures with care, as the hanok is a traditional wooden building.

Outdoor shoes are not permitted indoors. Please use indoor slippers.

Guests may be charged for any damage to facilities or property.

Use caution to prevent water overflow when using the bathtub or sauna.

Please limit sauna use to one hour per day.

For your safety and theft prevention, CCTV is installed outside the property.

Commercial Use Prohibited

Filming, events, parties, and other commercial activities (e.g. YouTube, photoshoots) are not allowed without prior agreement.

For any commercial use, a separate contract and prior consultation is required.

Safety & Additional Notes

Be cautious on stairs and thresholds, especially for children and older guests.

Outside food is allowed, but cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g. meat, seafood, grilling, frying) is not permitted.

Pets are not allowed.

As this is a nature-integrated hanok, occasional insects may appear. Insect spray is provided.

Due to the architectural structure, areas with height differences require special care.

THE CONA Hanok is not liable for injuries caused by guest negligence.

Cooking

The kitchen is equipped with a built-in single induction cooktop (Haatz brand) with 1–9 heat levels. Enjoy simple meals such as reheated dishes or soups in the cozy comfort of the hanok.

Waste Disposal

Garbage and recycling bags are provided inside the drawer beneath the washing machine.

Please separate waste and place it in the courtyard’s designated bins. If bins are full, leave the bag neatly in the corner of the courtyard or beside the outer wall near the main gate. Collection days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings.

Food waste should be placed in the brown food waste bin outside on designated days, or left in the provided bag on the sink for collection.

If you have any questions regarding these guidelines, please don’t hesitate to contact THE CONA Hanok.
We wish you a warm and peaceful stay.

Thank you.
